We arrived late after a long day of travel, tired, and ready to sleep. We were greeted by a very efficient check in gal and a very helpful bellman. We were in our room and in bed in no time! Three pillows on the bed allowed for personal choice of thickness desired. The room was dark and very quiet. We slept wonderfully. The wait staff at breakfast could not have been more pleasant. Everything was great.

The hotel is not in the downtown area, but it has many plusses to add on. I wanted a parking space for the rental car and we had it, we ended up not using the pool, but it was a nice amenity to have available. The hotel was nice and service was great. We ended up having a nice stay.

The location is about 15 min from downtown, good pricing per night, nice hotel overall. The staff is very nice and helpful.

This is a very beautiful hotel. Fantastic art work and tasteful interior design everywhere.Staff was very helful and spa was an extraordinary experience. Spotless celan. we will remember our stay

Everyone was very nice. I don't speak Spanish and they had someone to help with our check-in and with other issues. Just a coffee pot, no frig or any other thing for long stay. Restaurant was high price.
